What is the difference between PDK Cylinder engine & head to Kawasaki OEM Cylinder Engine & head?

Hi, Jomel after doing a little research it appears that PDK engine parts for Kawasaki are high-quality high-performance racing parts. The heads are ported and polished with modified exhaust hole and high compression configuration. I tried to convert the prices of the parts which I believed to be in Rupee's but it did not make sense
heads and cylinders were 3.55 million rp converts to $53,056 so I can't tell if the products are cheap or expensive. Perhaps you can enlighten me in the comment section below. Torque specs and sequence of head bolts 2004 chevy silverado 2500hd with 6.0

Go to autozone.com and become a member of their web-site. It is FREE. You can then access repair info for your vehicle. There are repair manuals that show pictures and everything. I will look for your torque specs and picture.
  • Clean the cylinder head bolts, apply sealer to the threads, and hand-tighten.
  • Tighten the cylinder head bolts:
    1. M11 cylinder head bolts first pass in sequence to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.).
    2. M11 cylinder head bolts second pass in sequence + 90 degrees.
    3. M11 cylinder head bolts (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) + 90 degrees
    4. M11 cylinder head bolts (9 and 10) + 50 degrees
    5. M8 cylinder head bolts (11,12,13,14,15) to 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.). Begin with the center bolt (11) and alternating side-to-side, work outward tightening all of the bolts.
NOTE The cylinder head gasket displacement can be verified by markings visible on the underside of the right gasket locating tab. Some 4.8/5.3L head gaskets may have 53 stamped onto the locating tab. Some 6.0L head gaskets may have 60 stamped onto the locating tab.

How do i gt to the spark plugs on my 2004 kawasaki ninja zx6r

YOU HAVE TO REMOVE THE SEAT, TANK AND AIR BOX, THE PLUGS ARE LOCATED IN THE CYLINDER HEAD THE PLUG CAPS COMPLETELY COVER THE HOLE IN THE HEAD THE PLUG SITS IN, (TIP) DO 1 PLUG AT A TIME MAKING SURE YOU REPLACE THE CAP BEFORE YOU DO THE NEXT 1, THIS WAY YOU WONT MIX UP THE LEADS, REMEMBER THE PLUGS SIT IN A DEEP HOLE AND ARE QUITE EASILY CROSS THREADED, REFIT USING CORRECT SPANNER BY HAND, TO START WITH WHEN YOU ARE SURE THE PLUG IS IN CORRECT THEN FINNISH OFF TO THE CORRECT TIGHTNESS WITH A WRENCH

Hi, I am about to buy a second hand Kawasaki 400 ¬ 2001 model/ please advice what to expect and if worth buying ( about 2000 euros) Thanks

    Worth 100%.

It's a work horse, with cheap maintenance, quite easy to find spares, and lots of after market similar products to satisfy your needs.
Not the best regarding power, but strong enough to keep you on the road at normal everyday speed.
You can load it an entire village and it will not say no.
But you must treat it with a little care. A regular, ( monthly let's say) inspection on fluids or possible leaks around the cylinder head, saves you from alot of trouble. However it is not the kind of motorbike that will betray you on the road. Unless you run out of fuel, you can go non stop, more than 48 hours
    (personal experience, on a KLE 500, mod98).
    Good luck.

My kawasaki mule keeps blowing the hose off of the thermostat housing. I did a compression check and both cylinders were approx 175 psi. There is no thermostat installed and resevoir is blocked off. What...

hi,you probably dont want to know this but it sounds like you have a leaking cylinder head gasket, this will be allowing gasses into the cooling system and pressurizing it,when the pressure gets to high it will blow the hose off,it doesnt take much of a cylinder head gasket leak to do this,so i would get it looked at fairly smartly..cheers
