Question about 2005 Ducati 749
I think your 749 has the filter inside the tank, you have to loosen up the little screws on the inside of the filler cap, watch the O-ring, pull off the filler cap, and then fish out the pump and filter, note direction of fuel, replace it with a Napa filter, $3.50, compared to $15 OEM. Check the hoses, put it all back in there, you should be all set. If your filter is not under the tank, it is inside. Check it out.
