The cylinder that is 80 PSI has either a scored cylinder wall piston damage or a burned valve, here is the rule for an engine to run smooth all cylinder must be with 5% PSI reading of the highest cylinder pressure tested, as you can see you have a huge problem in #2 cylinder, you are going to have to pull the head off and finds out went caused this, then after that is repaired check for any poss fuel delivery problems. This is a hard mechanical failure, there is no doubt of this.
