1997 dyna wide glide excessive vibration from rear almost feels like its bottomong out when you hit a bump readjusted shocks seemed to help a little cant see anywhere anythings rubbing even realigned...

Check the rear engine mounts. The "axle" that holds the rear swingarm also has the rubber motor mounts in it. These may be worn and need replacing. Also, the shocks may be shot. Due to their open design, oil can leak out of them and be washed away before you notice it. The results is a pair of shocks that are no good. Shocks are expensive. If you know some that will let you swap out a set long enough to try a different set of shocks, try that. Make sure the shocks are the same length. Other than the shocks and the swing arm mounts, there's nothing else there to cause this.

Good Luck

Bike feels like it hitting down hard when i hit a bump with a passenger

it sounds like you need a new shock absorber. there is also an adjuster on most shocks. theres a small coil spring around the shock. underneath the spring is a piece that resembles stairs but it has spots for the post on the shock to set in. if you look at the rear shock you will see it. if you rotate it to the higher adjustment you should get a slightly stiffer shock as a result. there is also a type of shock that has threads on it. if you tighten the retaining nut that holds the coil on it should get stiffer. if that doesn't help you probably need to buy a new one.

My back wheel when it hit a pot hole or any other bump in the street it bounce or not enough bounce to it ...the struts are ok an suspension is ok I was told so whats goin on..can u help me

I not sure if I fully understand your question. Are you asking should your car be bouncing more when you hit a bump or pot hole?

Well this is how struts and shocks are suppose to work: Struts and shocks are suppose to assist in providing a smooth ride, when you hit a bump or pot hole the struts and shocks absorb the force so you won't feel the full impact when driving. A good set of struts and shocks will eliminate excessive bouncing when driving or when you come across bumps and other mishaps in the road. So inconclusion if your car is not doing a whole lot of bouncing when you are driving that is a good thing, because that means your struts and shocks are doing their job and that means there is nothing wrong with them.

When i hit a bump it feels like it bottoms out . Do i need new shocks, shruts?? It just really smacks hard if I go over a bump or pot hole.

You could only need the Bump Stops that are rubber and prevent the shocks from hitting the chassis.

OR you may need shocks

OR just the strut bearing at the top of the strut if the struts are not leaking.

2003 Z71 when driving on the hihway and hitting a bump it feels like I'm going to loose control of the truck the back end is so loose. Shocks?

Shocks or broken leaf spring. Look under the back end at the springs, and see if there are any breaks, and examine the bolts to make sure none are loose or broken. If not, your problem will be from the shocks. If you push down on your truck, does it bounce a couple of times? Do the wheels hop when you hit bumps? If so, you'll need to invest in some shocks.

Rough ride

Sounds like the shocks are bad. If you inspect the shocks, you may see leakage. This is an indication that you have a bad shock absorber. Not knowing how long you've owned the car, have no idea the last time the shocks were replaced but this would be the first place I'd look. Good luck and write back with any questions or concerns.
