I assume your bike is fuel injected. Did you take it to a shop that had a dynometer that is equpped with an exhaust gas analyzer? Most of the shops here run the bike up in the RPM range and check the fuel mixture at different RPM ranges. They want to get your bike so that it has a fuel air ratio of between 13.5 and 14.0 throughout the range from idle to about 4500 RPM.

My fiat punto 1.2 active has been cutting out for no reason it's a 53 plate running very rich on fuel just had an oxygen censor and a cooling censor fixed still running very rich on fuel

Sure they replaced the correct coolant sensor (not the one for the dash gauge)? Could be leaky fuel injector(s), bad fuel pressure regulator.

Engine running to rich

An engine running rich can be caused by many factors including the need to change plug wires, distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs.
if you want to know what happened i think you should buy a tool to read the fault code, if you need click here: OBDII Code Scanner

On normal acceleration the engine is running ok but on full throtle the engine in going up in RPM and explosion on the exhaust, no power,

Sounds like the car is 'running rich'

Take it to a garage to have the CO emmissions analysed. If it's backfiring, it's due to unburnt petrol ending up in the exhaust and the heat from the exhaust causing it to combust.

I have the Magnetti efi on my 2001 roadking and when i let off the trottle i have back firing issues is this normal for that yr and model this is my first harley i bought it used 3 yrs ago its always done...

Usually backfiring out the exhaust is caused by air leaks into the exhaust system. When you back off on the throttle, the mixture should be too rich to combust in the exhaust system. If your system is sucking in air and leaning the mixture to a combustable mixture, you get the backfireing. Check the gaskets at the heads, and the connections at every joint in the pipes including the equalizer pipe fitting.

Good luck

from your statement there has been no fault code reading done and it has all been guessing
Has anybody thought of checking the cat converters for failure and blocking the exhaust system
rich and back firing indicates injector seal leaks which will not show as an independent code but as too rich
