The Base nuts are in the 26-28 ft/lb range and the head bolts are 18-20 ft/lbs. I see the T150 goes from 20-22 lbs. There is a sequence too. I usually snug everything up and work from the center bolt to the four bolts closest to the center bolt and then the 4 outside bolts. Triumphs are pretty forgiving, just don't over torque.. and remember to check the torque or re-torque once you have started the bike. Say, ride it a block or two and then re-torque. I like to put a load on the engine before re-torquing.

I have just snugged everything down by feel in the past with good results but then again you have to know what 22 ft/lbs "feels" like.. good luck..

Where can I find cam specs for Triumph triple, 1998-2004 for example. I want to tune it down a tad. mvh SA

Hi,when I used to drive bikes I found the easyest way to sort out the torque was to change the sprockets this can make a big difference in exselleration and top end,and this is a lot less cost, seek some help on this before you start changing cams.
Hope this was some help.

How do i remove the ignition from my 93 triumph trident sprint 900 i cant remove it from the top clamp

ignition barrells are generaly bolt rivetted to the underside of the top yolk (the head of the bolt snapps off when torqued). To remove the barrell the heads of the two rivets need to be drilled out.

Do you know the torque settings for the triumph tiger 955 motor bike front wheel discs

For something like this try calling a dealer and just asking what the torque value is. Not all the time but normally a dealership will help. Be sure to have a conversation with them though. Simply calling and only asking what you need comes off as short, having worked at a dealership before I've seen it many times. Take the time to explain what you have gotten into on your bike but be brief.

I need sprocket torque settings for cbf 600?

do all nuts up while holding the rear brake on, and use a grade of loctite that can be undone without to much fuss like 'super nut lock' , no need for torque settings things are done up firmly with a locking compound! cheers.

Torque setting

The sprocket nut torque setting is 132Nm. If you are after the plastic cover torque settings, i dont think they have one. Hope this helps.
