I'm going to have to ask where the wires are? On the bike or from the motor? I can't find 3 yellow wires together on the whole bike. There are wires coming out of the alternator, It doesn't say which color they are, but one goes to the reg/rectifier and then to the battery, one other wire from the alt exciter to ignition control module, and it has a note, don't mess with this circuit! Inside the alternator housing are 2 yellow, and black and red, those are the ones above. Check it out.

No spark...swapped plug for new...I would like a description of the wiring

If the bike had spark before u changed it then it's probably not on all the way or you pulled it from the coil or it just needs a new coil if that's not the problem

Charged battery on bike had funny smell now no life bike is a ccm crx230cc the same bike as a honda crf 230 have i blown the fuse or got a duff battery.

believe the battery may have failed. The burning smell would have been a cell inside of the battery failing. Some of these bikes run a 6 volt system and battery, and if you have hooked it up to a 12 volt charger, than the battery would not have handled the extra voltage and failed. Also a good chance the fuse has blown. Follow the red battery lead from the battery to the coil. somewhere along this wire should be the main ignition fuse.

Solution for "i have a 2005 crf 230 f and i dont know what kind of oil to use"

Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives. Stick with the major brands; Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil or Shell. If in a hot area like Texas or New Mexico go with 20w50.

A “very helpful” rating for this answer? Thanks!

Bike is sputtering in high 2nd/3rd gear, best kind in idle

Sounds like a lean condition. Spark plug should be a tan brown.
I would say the carb probably wasn't drained prior to storage and your main jet is gummed up. Gas deteriorates very quickly especially in vented containers like the float bowl of a carb.
clean your carb for sure.

I have a 2005 CRF230F and I am able to get up to 70+mph without all the aftermarket stuff on it. I hear the 03-08 are pretty much the same and all very indestructable and bad-***. Love my bike, its a great all-around bike (trails, sand, street, track) would never sell it!!!
