I would recomend that you have it done professionally I can recommend any dealer or motorcycle shop can do it mainly because it has to be gas charged at like 100 psi plus it isnt very expensive.I know some one that can if you interested meiser racing ..com

Try EricGorr.com Dirt Bike service manual is great. It will explain all that you will need to know about dirt bikes servicing your suspension and the complete bike tear downs. It cost about 20.00
RaceTech.com has all of the tools you will need. Get ready to spend some money though these are specialized tools so they are expensive but they will save you money in the long run.

It doesn't hold very much. One quart will do the job - with a lot to spare. The entire interior gets filled, but there is a sequence and procedure to filling without bubbles, so do a little investigating.
