Your ignition system has it's own fuse. Check that to see if it's blown.

Stalls when driving , cranks but no start, will start after total cool down

Sounds like bad fuel delivery.. Systems include coughing and hesitation before stalling.. Check fuel pick up in tank, fuel filter and pump.. Might be a old fuel or bad batch of fuel..

I get cramps in the high center of my back when riding for a while. standard bars on a 01 flstci what bars should i change to, wider, higher ? Or is this something that just happens with age?

Almost impossible to diagnose - it could be your physical condition, or the bike ergonomics.
I had a problem with cramps and knotted muscles around my shoulderblade area.
I fixed it my going to a chiropractor for my back on an unrelated condition - now, no more sore or knotted muscles.
