First try a new battery.

Make sure the bike is regularly serviced, new oil, new plugs, clean air cleaner, and drain carburator bowls.
(The carb bowls can get a build up of very fine particles)

You may have a weak battery. Get it checked for free at a battery shop. Sometimes a weak battery will work and other times they won't.

It does not have a manual choke, they have come up with a new technology called "Auto Choke." If you are having trouble starting in the cold mornings, please tune your bike accordingly to get it fixed.

This really sounds like a problem with your battery. I know you said you checked it, but is it really putting out the appropriate voltage (12.66 volts) and CCAs? Even draining the battery once can damage it (especially in cold weather), and cold weather reduces the CCAs a battery can put out. A weak battery can cause those codes. When the vehicle hesitates to start, does that typically happen on colder mornings or after the car sat for longer periods of time? I would double-check your battery. If it's the original, it's near its end of life anyway.

Good Morning, I have a Lenovo T-60 laptop. The last couple of weeks, when it is cold, when I push the power up switch the hard drive goes on as well as the circle with the Z illuminates but nothing else...

It really depends on what kind of cold you're talking about. External temperature cool enough to produce condensation in the system can really mess your system up. Even to the point of destroying it. It's always good to keep your system above freezing and even above the dewpoint of where ever you're located.
If you're talking about cold being just starting the computer from any temperature from an "off" power mode to "on" then you could have a video issue. You can check your Event Viewer when it finally powers up to get more info on what caused the problem.

When is really cold, and vehicles with non electrical power steering start for the first time after a good period of inactivity the power steering pump tents to wine, that is normal, some other cars or almost all the cars when they pass 100.000 miles develop a little metallic noise that goes away when the oil pump distributes and lubricates all moving parts inside the engine when the car starts first thing in the morning in a really cold morning.

Its really hard to tell. When cold in the morning a battery that is at the end of its life can act like that. Also dirty battery connections can have a symptom like this also. The best bet is to go get the charging, battery and starter checked out. We have tools that can determine the cause in about 5 minutes.

Hard starts in the morning even though replaced most parts

Check the power to the cold start injector. (it's only going to have fire for a few sec. after the key is turned on). If the fire is good, replace the cold start injector. This injector is activated for a few seconds when the engen temp is low to add a little fuel lower down in the intake and closer to the pistons.
