Stock jetting mains F/carb#90 R/carb#100
When you changed to larger jets your fuel to air ratio changed causing a richer mixture of fuel and out of balance fuel to air ratio=loss of power and performance.
you should have started if you where going experiment with jetting in increments like 95 for the front 105 for the rear, or just left the factory settings alone and maybe depending on what you want to
achieve a little more mid range performance shimmed up the needles.

Run a compression check. There may be some damage from lean running. Did it feel unusually hot? Were there any other symptoms? Did it stop running or just get lazy.

At speedes of 110-120 starts to loose power

Is it all stock or have you added a pipe or a hi performance air filter? If you have, it needs bigger main jets, if not try cleaning out the filter in the gas tank and screen in the petcock, if it has one

97 srad no power under 4000 rpm in, in first gear acceleration

If you have installed the Dynojet kit's carburetor needles take them off and use the stock ones.
Dynojet's needles are for track use only and the don't work properly under 4000rpm.

The excess fuel is caused by the float levels being out of adjustment. Fix the floats and the dead spot may disappear. If not, pull the slides and then move the jet needle clip down one notch. With due respect, I would put the bike carbs back to stock. :)

110 engine

OK, sounds like starving for fuel, probably fuel pump related. I would have that tested first. Does the engine have fuel injection system?
