You can play an adjustment with your spring,the best adjustment is when your bike does't have a running cluth situation, and once you press the cluth lever and release it you'll have power just like jumping .and thats it.

Hay guys got a yamaha rx125 1978 just pulled the clutch plates out does anyone know how tight i should do the clutch springs up to ive had no luck looking on the net for the info ...cheers guy's

The torque specs on the clutch springs on a 98 kx 250


Manual for 99-2002 KX125/250 says 8.8N-m 0.9 kgf-m or 78 in-lb
Torque in stages in a criss-cross pattern---I hope this helps.

What are the lower intake manifold bolt torque sequence on a 98 oldsmobile intruige


When torqueing bolts on manifolds or heads you always start in the middle or center and torque in a circle motion and olny torque 1 bolt at a time. Start with a low toque and increase torque up 5 to 10ft lbs / or newtons each time until torque spec is reached.

You are over torquing the springs. Buy a generic manual from your automotive shop. ZX11 specs are much higher than the GPZ.

Transmission toque specs


The spec is 12 ft lbs of torque. Use a an even pattern when you tighten the bolts, this assures the gasket will not be damaged and create another leak.
