1st would be adequate free play-No free play clutch is not fully engaged. 1/4 inch free play needed at clutch lever.

2nd would be oil type. Motor oil is a no no. Wet clutches hate regulat oi. Must use oil specific to the bike. Good luck

3.8 liter replaced a/c compressor 2years ago this year compressor clutch not engaging has freon could it be low pressure switch is bad?

Has Freon? How much Freon? The low pressure switch has a threshold and you need to use a gage to see what it is. You can bypass the low switch to see if the compressor clutch engages.

if you have electric fans, make sure they are working and that there is sufficient coolant in the overflow tank and radiator. If you have a manual fan clutch, try spinning the fan with the engine off, It spins freely or goes around more than once with just a quick push, your fan clutch is bad and needs to be replaced. and it is a fan clutch...not a clutch fan...as people sometimes call it.

Replaced the ac compressor but now no power to compressor but have power to low and high pressure switches. checked relay under hood, relay and fuse in cabin. what am i missing?

Put a jump wire in the high pressure switch plug. If the compressor works. replace the high pressure switch. Let me know and we can go from there.

My fly wheel to the air conditioner dont move on my 2003 kia sedona

There is no fly wheel on the AC compressor, however there is a clutch assembly that in gages and dis in gages when the Ac is turned on, if it does not spin when the A/C is no it is most commonly caused low refrigerant in the Air conditioning system. The system will have to be tested for leaks and repairs made and maybe a low pressure switch replaced in order to fix this.

What is causing my 99 ford f150 to overheat while on the highway

try washingthe raditor at a car wash wash thre the engine compartment to the outside. clean the ac fan condensor then check that the fan is not loose next replace the anitfreeze if it's more than two years old, and the radiator cap if it still does it replace the thermostate gasket, these are the most common problems for over heating. you could have a clutch fan bad too but do the other stuff first it's cheeper.

Hello!

Sounds strange. If the water pump was really replaced, then they should have replaced the thermostat (which often causes such problems), also only correct thermostat must be used. (best bought from the dealer)
The only other thing I can suspect is the head gasket damage, but I would double check the thermostats first.

Hope this helps!
