Assuming you don't want the pay the dealer to replace the broken casing, generally the best way is to go to a commercial welding shop and have them Heiliarc weld the problem area.

Adding oil additive or engine treatment do any good if piston are bad, whats the best solution

do you mean pistons or piston rings? for rings sometimes oil additives can have some effect for a while.
it get way too expensive to us them though. if you pistons are cracked, holed, deformed etc, then no, additives will be of no use.

The oil water mixture comes out pcv valve when i bought car i fixed timingand works great when i run it with no water what should i do

You're saying that a water/oil mixture is coming out of your pcv valve, correct? If so - sounds like you have a cracked head/possibly cracked block. If you can perform a compression test on the cylinders with a compression gauge - you should be able to see if you have a crack. If you can verify that you either do or do not have proper compression in the engine - I can go further with you -

Got a 2001 chevy venture 3.4.. got 2 codes po171 & p1189. An my temp gauge jumps never over heatin but going down. Any suggestions?

171 is bank one lean. 1189 is the oil sending unit. Start with 1189. Replace the oil sending unit. They always fail. Never had to fix wires for these. Probably leaking oil anyways. 171, Two places to look on these 3.4/3.1 engines. First is the vacuum lines and rubber fittings. Best to check them all, but bank one is one the radiator side of the engine. Also the intake upper plenum is known to crack around the bolts. Use WD40 . start the engine and spray it around the intake. If it starts running better, you have a crack or bad gasket. Fix as necessary.

Gas is going to sparkplugs,2005 hyundai accent

Most likely a cracked cylender wall allowing the fuel to leak into plug chamber. This is not a easy or cheep fix.You cannot fix a cracked cylender. My advice is to replace engine. To bad this is a newer auto but these also has alum. Heads, I would suggest you check out the locial salvage yard and get you a replacement. Wish you the best of luck.

I have a 1993 jeep grand Cherokee. It overheated and wen I put water in it, it flushes straight out real fast near the transmission. Wen I looked at it, it looks like the engine block is cracked. How can I...

Cracked block? Eh... You can try to have it welded but thats not a promising fix. I think you may have signed your jeeps death certificate. On the bright side you can pick up a used motor from a salvage for around $450. Try welding it. Its worked for me before.

Engine is overheating ,radiator is bubbling, and white smoke from my rear head. blown gasket? or cracked head. and what is the best stuff to use to fix blown gaskets

Blown head gaskets for sure, no way of knowing if heads are cracked without taking it apart, there no quick fix for this, only fix is to take it apart and repair as needed.

I have a crack in my engine whats the best way to fix it?

It really depends on where the crack is located.
The engine is actually separated by the engine block and the cylinder head.
CYLINDER HEAD - located on the top of the engine where the spark plug is located
ENGINE BLOCK - located just below the cylinder head and separated by a gasket.

I believe you can buy them separately.
Because if there's a crack on the engine replacing the part that has a crack is the best thing to do to avoid loose compression and oil leakage.
