There is no turn signal relay, as the turn signals are controlled by the instrument cluster.

My turn signaqls not working

If you look under the hood of most vehicles you'll see a black box sometimes labeled 'relay center'. Usually in your owners manual or under the lid of that box is a routing diagram that explains what relays do what. Find the one labeled turn signals - usually the relays for the turn signal are in that box - but you'll also want to check your vehicles fuse panel inside the vehicle for any fuses that are related - but a relay is what is used mostly for things like turn signals, windshield wipers, fuel pumps, etc. Under the hood - inside that relay box - you can either swap the relay for a non-essential item that uses the same relay - for example: your 'horn' relay is the exact same size, dimensions, code, etc. as your turn signal relay. Hit the horn. If it works - so does the relay. You can swap them out to test. If you put that horn's relay in the place of the turn signal relay and the signals come on - you know it's your relay. Advance, Napa - any major parts houses have one on the shelf in the back for most major models and usually you can stop in and pick up/no ordering required. Where is the blinker relay in my 2011 Chevy Equinox.

PCB Relays
This vehicle is equipped with the following printed circuit board PCB mounted relays.
• High beam
• Low beam
• DRL
• Fog lamp
• Park lamp
• Stop lamp
• Horn relay
They are directly soldered to the underhood fuseblock circuit board. A failure of one of these relays will require the whole under hood fuse block to be replaced.

Turn Signal/Hazard Lamps
The body control module (BCM) is responsible for controlling the turn signals and hazard lamps. When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left turn or right turn position, the BCM receives a signal from the turn signal switch. The BCM then sends an on-off voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, the BCM receives a signal from the hazard switch. The BCM then will send an on-off voltage signal to all the turn signal lamps. All the turn signal lamps will flash including both IPC turn signal indicators.

Vehicles are just not the same as they use to be. Electronics !!!!!

1998 Dodge Durango flasher relays location

Turn on the Durango and check each of the four turn signals to make sure that the bulbs are not burned out. If you find one that has gone out, replace the bulb and retest the turn signals. When a bulb goes bad on this circuit, the resulting operation can mimic a bad flasher or one that is failing.

Locate the combination turn signal flasher and relay. It is on the left end of the driver's dash. Open the access door and view the collection of relays and fuses. At the left side of the mounting block is a larger flasher and relay. This is the combination turn signal flasher and relay.

Test the relay by placing you finger on the relay housing and activating the turn signal. If you have found the right one, you should feel a clicking as the turn signal blinks. Remove the relay, replace with the new relay and close the access door

.

Start the Durango and activate the turn signals to check that they each work. The light should turn on and should blink. Also, check the hazard lights to make sure they work.

Relay for turn signal buzzes when turned on

The only reason that a relay buzzes is it is getting either a poor ground or a lack of power, clean your body grounding points and make sure you have a full 12v supply to the relay. If you have low voltage to the relay check the fuse and clean off any corrosion,if not that replace the turn signal switch./

93 buick century -turn signals

The Buick Century uses separate relays for the hazard warning and turn signal functions. The turn signal relay is located on the accelerator pedal bracket, and the 4-way flasher relay is located on the convenience center near the left kick panel. Try switching these two relays with one another to see if your turn signals work instead of your 4-ways.
