Ok i want to buy a yamaha vino 125 scooter heard good things about them found a 2007 with 1000 miles on it for 1500.00 are they as good as i hear and are they worth it? and how lng will the engines last on these how many miles etc? thanks for your time also i can get a chineese 150 cc scooter for 800 new is that the better way to go?

You will not go wrong with a Yamahauler, they last forever and are the number 2 maker of scooters and street bikes and dirt bikes, forget the junk Chinese bike, very poor quality and parts are hard to get..

The stabilizer is a bad thing for some carbs. It has a chemical in it that can eat away seals and gaskets inside your carb. Grab a gasket set for it, replace those, make sure to spray the carb out, then put it all back together adn you should be ok.
