Your discription of the problem would indicate a weak / low battery. It is possible that the starter solinoid may have gone bad. but before getting a new part, charge the battery ( if it will still take a charge ). or try a jump start from a car battery.

My 2006 Suzuki bovulade s4 made a loud noise then stopped running. I have power to the battery but won't start. Makes a clicking noise when i try

The clicking noise, is the engine cranking to make the noise, or is it a start relay clicking when you press start? You may have a major internal engine part failure. With the bike on the center stand and the tranny in highest gear, spark plugs out, try to rotate the engine by the rear wheel. if it rotates a bit forward and backward, you have broken something in the engine. Ouch!

2001 Suzuki Intruder VS800. Loud slapping noise. It happens when you start it then stops then starts back after heating up. Coming from back cyclinder.

Hi, Jacob could be piston slap and I would love to help you with your engine or chassis noise but I just loaned my brand new pair of listening ears to your local dealer's chief technician so he could take your bike for a test ride and give you his professional opinion and estimate about your noise and repair cost. 1980 Suzuki Gs450L won't start. I stalled out pretty bad in 4th gear and it won't start back up after. Bike won't even crank over, just makes a clicking noise. Any ideas?

pull the plugs then crank motor you may find one cylinder full of gas and that will keep it from cranking, if it cranks without the plugs allow it to dry for a bit , make sure plugs are dry then install and hopefully GO!

My 2004 Suzuki Verona will not start is making humming , clicking noise where fuse box under hood is thout was ignition fuse but not that battery is good don't know what else to do

Clicking noise is normal for relays but humming sounds like one of the relays is not engaging properly.Try swapping relays of the same type and see if it solves the problem.

Hi, i have a 1994 suzuki dr650 rse,it has noise on starting

Sounds like the starter motor clutch is worn or damaged and should be replaced.
Go to the link below and scroll down and click on STARTER CLUTCH. An exploded view diagram and part list is given. All sections of the bike are covered. The starter clutch is not a serviceable item and is replaced when faulty.
Your Yamaha dealer should freely verify the noise if your on good terms with them.
Cheers!

Suzuki 1400 intruder wont start.. just clicking noise.

It's most likely the connection to the battery. The screws dont tighten in well and you get the famous clicking....I replaced the stock philips screws with a hex bolt and after two years of trying to solve the problen have been starting everytime for the past year no problems. Another gie away is the intermitant starting problem gets worse when wet.

06 Suzuki Forenza make a loud clicking noise.

sounds like it just needs a oil & filter change ?
check engine oil level!
smell it to see if its burnt
or is dirty [tarnished or black]
or gritty between your fingers?
it could be noisy tappets or lifters!
change your mechanic as its got absolutely nothing to do with the belts!
im truly amazed at the amount of rip offs in the auto industry in the US!
Cheers Rob.
