My peugeot vivacity 50cc starts fine both ways but as long as you get on its like there is no power the move the scooter

Hi, do you mean you put the bike in gear and it wont move when you rev the engine, if this is what you mean then the problem your having is going to be with the clutch plates, you need to get them replaced as it sounds like they could be slipping, when they get worn they slip under strain causing you to lose drive, replacing the clutch will solve your problem and will get your bike up and running.

one reason the clutch fails is if the bike has been tipped over onto its side this can cause the clutch to oil up and slip so replacing the clutch will solve the problem you have, if you mean something else then let me know ok
