2011 Laro that is lucky to do 60-65 km. I've had the carby fully serviced, new plugs, new ODI switch, coils and it still doesn't go any faster than 60 km flat out revs at 3000 rpm and that's it.

Hi, Bungi if it's not electrical, ignition or cam timing, or a compression issue then all that's left is fuel and the usual suspects are:
1. Idle speed improperly adjusted.
2. Inlet system air leak.
3. Damaged or restricted fuel tank venting system.
4. Dirty or damaged air cleaner element.
5. The accelerator pump is inoperative.
6. Vacuum piston assembly malfunction.
7. Enrichener valve is not seated or leaking.
8. Restricted fuel supply tract.
9. Plugged bowl vent.
10. Loose or plugged fuel and air jets or passages.
11. Improper float level.
12. Worn or damaged needle or needle jet.
13. Loose or plugged main jets or passages.

96 grand cherokee wont rev past 3000

The 4.0 and the 5.2 engines are dauntless. I expect something external to the engine such as I've listed

Have the OBD scan checked for engine error codes!!
  1. Very dirty air Cleaner/Mouse nest in air box
  2. Dirty fuel filter -starving for gas
  3. Failing Fuel Pump
  4. In tank fuel filter
  5. Plugged catalytic converter
Have the fuel pressure checked

2006 Yamaha TTR 50E pouring oil out of air cleaner housing

With the oil problem I read on another site that Yamaha did that so that excess oil would be burned up in normal running (but this was usually smaller amounts). Anyways they disconnected the tube going to the air cleaner and had tied up in such a way that any excess oil would land on the chain thus lubricating it. But if you have that much oil coming out it could be that you have put in too much.

Backfiring and seems to be struggling getting fuel

check to make sure your plugs arent fouled. the last bike i had did that to me, fine in the morning and when i went to leave for work in the afternoon the bike ran like **** for a few seconds and shut off. i took the bike back to where i bought it and they replaced the plugs. ran fine after that.

Back fire while driveing

check for vacuum leaks at your throttle body, intake manifold gaskets and vacuum line, or you could possibly have a sticking valve. if I am understanding you rite the truck sat for 2 years. also check the wiring to your sensors as for a rodent may have chewed some insulation off, this happened to my sons car.
