The clicking you hear may be an add-on module that makes both rear turn signals into brake lights. Remove the seat, locate the clicking module and remove it, it should be about 2.5" long and about 2" wide and 1/2" thick, then put the plugs back together w/o the module and try the blinkers. One on of the module is female the other male to help locate it, but it's one of the few connectors that are quite big under the seat. Harley sells these or they did, as well as a couple aftermarket makers. I have one on my FLHT.

Where is the signal flasher located on an 03 ultra classic

On an 03 bagger it will be under the seat. You'll have to remove it. Under the seat is the battery you should see a little silver clip towards the back ledge of the battery tray. That's the turn signal module. Remove the clip and pull the unit up amd out.

I have a 2001 electra glide ultra classic with the left turn signal lights up when applying the front or feaf brakeS and when i turn on the left signal the brake lights blink

First you check that the left turn signal and brake switch wiring haven't been switched. I presume brakes and turn indicators use different bulbs. Then you check for shorted wires from wear or crushing where they go from headlight

How to locate blinker fuses on a 98 harley electra glide

Hi anonymous, sorry but ther is no fuse for the turn signals, only a turn signal module located under the top fork bracket and I'm sorry you can't find the very first and best tool you ever bought for your Harley Davidson. Despair not, for a mere $6.50 you may be able to download another one from the website below and good luck.

2005 harley rr turn signal only works with brake applied

Hi Anonymous, always check fuses and bulbs first, you could have a faulty turn signal module or a bad turn signal button/switch, remove it from the switch housing and check for continuity, check your wiring and connections from the turn signal switch to the turn signal module with a testlite. Make sure all wires are not worn or pinched and connector pins are not corroded, broken, or loose. For a free wiring diagram please visit the website below:

It's either behind the cover on the right hand side of the bike in front of the saddle bag or under the seat.
