Could be one of 2 problems you are mixing the oil to ratio high or you have a internal sealing problem crankshaft seal or center case leaking.

Br 400 spewing oil out the back

The only oil in the machine is that which is mixed with the fuel. If the machine is still running well with plenty of compression then i doubt it would be the piston rings. With the limited information i would say to check the exhaust gasket between the exhaust port and the exhaust itself. Sometimes these can degrade and dirty liquid can be blown out of the gap.

Oil spewed from the exhaust of hyundai accent 2010 diesel

Failed turbo charger seal possibly. Have that confirmed as the turbo is VERY EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE.

I changed the oil and white smoke poured out of the exhaust. Also there was oil spewing all over.

Depending on if you laid the engine over on its' side, there could have been oil in the muffler. It may take some time to "burn" this off. It will also come from the muffler. Given enough time the oil will get hot and smoke off of the muffler. Then it will no longer smoke.
I hope this answers your question.

I just bought a 87 rm125 and the kid lost the cover over the sprocket and he said something about thats why it leaks oil something about its supposed to oil the chain how do i fix this

The sprocket cover backing plate covers over an oil gasket, and without this pressure, internal oil pressure will force oil out from here. Some models direct the sump breather hose over the drive sprocket so any drips may be of some use! Check the site below for an exploded view diagram, (entire bike is there) Cheers.

My rm125 spews oil out of the exhaust

Are you running 32/1?
You should be, and then jet to match that.
If you pilot, or idle jet is too big, you will have a black plug at idle.
If your main jet is too big, you will have a black plug from 3/4 throttle to full. You want the plug color like chocolate brown. (White is too lean)
The needle jet clip cover between the pilot and main jet.
