Hi and welcome to FixYa,

It would seem you posted twice, pls try here, here or here. In some, the wiring diagram is part of the Service Manual. If the year is different, most harness/wiring would be relatively similar.

Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa. Happy Holidays.

Hi I have a 2000 model KTM 520 not getting fuel to the Carby once I clean the carburettor does anyone have any ideas or know where I can download a good diagram would be a great help thank you

Hi, Tim always check fuel flow first to isolate the problem area otherwise the usual suspects are:
1. Fuel tank empty.
2. Fuel cap or fuel tank not venting properly.
3. Fuel filter clogged with rust or dirt.
4. Fuel valve/petcock not in the on or reserve position.
5. Vacuum line to fuel valve cracked, broken, pinched, or missing*
6. Fuel valve/petcock clogged or diaphragm cracked, cut or torn*
7. Fuel line from the fuel valve to the carburetor or fuel pump clogged, cracked, pinched, bent, broken, or missing.
8. Fuel pump not working*
9. Fuel line touching cylinder or head causing fuel to boil and vapor lock, repair by rerouting and wrapping line with convoluted tubing.
10. Carburetor inlet clogged.
11. Carburetor float or needle and seat stuck.
12. Carburetor not venting properly overflow line or bowl fitting clogged, pinched, or bent.
* If equipped or applicable.

KTM SX65 what maintenance should be done if only using the bike around the garden ie oil changes?

Hi, Jonathan I find your analogy of a motocross bike, designed for tearing up the dirt and a gentle garden puzzling never the less for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your KTM, despair not, for a mere $0 you can download another one. Need to no why my bike dosnt have an oil site glass

Check your owners manual it will tell you how many cc or oz. to add also on alot of the dirt bikes it is stamped how much to add, buy a measuring cup and add per. bike specs.

If you don't have a manual do a internet search for your make and year of bike for how much oil to add.

There is not a dipstick or a sight glass on most dirt bikes...Hope this helps
