There is no drain, just the gas valve to the carbs, remove that valve to drain the tank, do not get any gas on the paint or engine, it will damage the paint very quickly, I strongly suggest u remove the tank or syphon the gas out of it

Water is not draining from the tank

Hi faheem_najam...
You probably have debis blocking the drain hole of the air compressor tank..
You will need to depressurize the tank...and remove the drain from the tank at the bottom of the tank...once you have the drain valve removed, get a stiff piece of wire and bend a small hook in the end and insert it into the tank where the valve was...and try to remove the debris with the stiff wire.
Most likely your debris will be flakes of rust from the inside of the tank.

If the gas won't even drain from the tank, try removing the gas cap. It has vent holes and if this is plugged, the vacuum won't let the gas drain. If that is the case, clear the holes.

My dirt bike did work but has not been used for 1yr.. tried to start it today and it sounds like it wants to but doesne, what can i do

I would check to see if moisture has built up in the gas tank --- over time condensation forms in a ( not full ) fuel tank, especially in colder enviroments. one thing that you can try is drain the carburetor bowl and add some gas additives to the tank ( or drain the tank and start out with some new gas ) --- but drain the carb bowls and try to start and run again.. there also might be some debris in the carb bowl that is blocking the jet,, ( remove the bowl and spray with carb cleaner ).

most gas tanks don't have a drain plug.can eith try siphoning it out with a hose called a magic siphoning hose or disconnect the fuel line and put the line in a container to catch the bad gas.

other option is to drop the fuel tank and empty
