Question about 2003 Harley Davidson XL 1200 C Sportster Custom
I have a Sposter XL1200 Custom 2003 an the problem with the motorcycle is that vibrates too much in speed, when I press the clutch the vibration dissapear
Your Sportster 2003, Is not rubber mounted.. It's frame mounted.. Meaning You will feel the higher revs through the bars and pegs, That's why Harley changed there mounting.

The 45° V-Twin engine is impossible to balance perfectly. For this reason, Harley has started building their Sportsters with rubber mounted engines. If you model is one of the newer rubber mounted versions and it vibrates this bad, the only thing that I can suggest to for you to inspect the engine mounts. Don't forget to take a look at any top engine mounts as well.
