Gas pouring out of overflow tube, gas in crank case

Definitely a carb. clean problem. Gas is more than 6 months old & has float needle stuck. Clean carbs. & always replace the float needle valve assy\'s & bowl gaskets. There is nothing you can put in the gas tank to clean carb correctly.

The float may be stuck, or the needle valve that lets gas into the carb may be stuck open. Is there a sight glass to see the fuel level? If not you may have to take the top of carburetor off.

I stored my bike for a few months I ran all the gas out b4 I stored it now when i ride it gas pours out the over flow tubes the one on the bottom and the one on top on the pipe side of carb

It sounds like the needle & seat in the carb float chamber is stuck open. Take out the needle attached to the float and clean and blow the jet out. Replace needle and check when you lift the float if the needle closes. Before you reassemble, attache the fuel pipe and see if the fuel still runs out when you lift the float and the needle closes.

When i turn the fuel on to start the bike gas pours out the clear tube that comes from the carb to under the bike some were is this line dis conected or broke or is it something more

it's probably just your overflow from the float. it doesn't connect to anything, it just let the fuel overflow come out when your float level is high. if you turn on the fuel petcock and it starts pouring out, your float needle is sticking. clean the carb and the float needle valve assembly and see what happens.

You need to get rebuild kits for your carbs and then have them synchronized, even the best can rarely do it by sound alone. Sounds like your inlet needles may be stuck, or float level is to high, or your floats may be stuck. It may just be on 1 carb not all...

sounds like the float is stuck in the carburetor

Fuel dumping out over flow tube

sounds like the carb float is stuck in the open position and not stopping fuel from entering the carb. float could either be damaged (pin hole in it filling up with gas and not causing it to "float" and stop fuel flow) or stuck by an obstruction.

try this first. take the handle of a screwdriver and tap lightly on the carb float bowl. turn on the petcock and see if fuel still pours out or has stopped.

if you can't get it unstuck this way, then the next way is to remove the carb from the engine, turn it over and take off the float bowl. with it off, see if the float moves freely. also take notice if the carb float feels "heavy". this would indicate that it is filled with gas and the float would need to be replaced.

good luck
