Need to test wiring to headlamp, would imagine if you don't have low or high beam condition maybe in the ground circuit to the headlamp system

I've just changed every single fuse on my Wr125r and bike started up fine I weren't sure what the problem could of been at first I noticed headlight blown I changed it fuse blown again

Hi, Peter if your headlight is not working, only one beam works, keeps burning out, blinking, or is dim the first thing you need to check is the headlight bulb for damaged filaments then check your light circuit fuse, then check your head light bulb socket ground wire for a clean tight connection, that being said the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty ground or power supply wire to headlight bulb socket.
2. Worn down solder contacts or loose fit of the bulb base in the socket due to vibration.
3. Worn, chaffed, or broken wires in the light circuit.
4. Corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets in wire connectors.
5. Faulty hi/lo beam switch.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Fuse is good but no continuity on both sides.
8. Faulty wiring between battery positive and headlight bulb socket.
9. Weak charging alternator/generator.
10. Faulty voltage regulator/rectifier ground or overcharging.

Which fuse should i change for my headlights ?

Look at your fuse panel board either under the dash board on drivers side or possibly under the hood depending on vehicle. It will tell u which fuse is for the headlights.

Or from the sounds of it... Possible head light bulb burnt out and not a fuse. A headlight fuse should not be popping or burning out. I would suggest looking at the filament on the bulb to see if intact. Replace broken head light bulb with working other working headlight to eliminate one possibility. If it works buy a new bulb. If it doesn't look at fuse panel.

When i turn on the head light it doest light up

Check and confirm, that headlight bulbs are glowing. If the bulb itself is faulty, it will not light. If bulb checked out, ok, then other possibility can be headlight fuse in the engine compartment fuse box. There are two 15a fuses located in the fuse holder assembly on the driverside engine compartment.Check both this fuses. Also check the relays in the fuse compartment.-------- If any of the fuse or relay is blown, replace that and see.But if all fuses and relay checked ok, then its quite possible that problem is with head light switch itself. Its getting short.------------
This should help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Each head lamp also has it's own relay, you can rule the relay out by swapping the left head light relay with the right head light relay & see if the problem moves to the other side...The relays are also in the same under hood fuse box.
