I have a crf150f and need rebuilt rear shocks were can i get them

Call around some local dealers or parts places, especially ones that are into racing. They should be set up to ship your shock out to a good suspension company. "Factory Connection, C-Cycle, W.E.R, to name a few"

How to replace front wheel bearings crf150f Honda

they don't press out, you'll need a blind bearing puller to remove the races if the bearing are completely apart. They don't fit extremely tight into the wheel, will be fairly easy to remove.Using a press to install the new ones isn't a good idea either, you will also need a seal and bearing driver so you can hear when they bottom out...
