SOURCE: oil

Correct me if I'm wrong but the 250SX is a 2 Stroke engine with a Gas (1.98 Gals Unleaded Premium 91 octane Recommended) to Oil Mixture (using Motorex Cross Power 2T at a 40:1 - 60:1 depends on oil quality) and when KTM says to Change the transmission oil the amount called for is 0.7 liters engine oil using Motorex Top Speed 4T 15W50. These Quanities are from an 04 250SX could not find a 2000. So consult with your local KTM Dealer's Service Department and pickup a Owners Manual at the same time it would be in your best interest. Liter breakdown 0.7 liters = 0.739681 quart (US liquid) OR 0 quart (US liquid) and 1.47936 pt (US Liquid) / 0.7 liters = 1.47936 pt (US Liquid) OR 1 pt (US Liquid) and 0.958726 cups (US)

the SX forks really should be taken to a suspension tech to get the inner chamber properly bleed out.
You never just add a cc amount because there is usually some left inside. You bleed out the air and fill. once no more air is coming out you set the fluid level on the outter chamber 110mm to 120mm with the spring out and the fork collapsed.

When to change suspension springs chevrolet venture

if the vehicle is sagging or bottoming out on bumps and potholes it's time to replace springs. if vehicle bounces and has excessive sway then the shocks (struts) are bad.

I have a 1984 chevy impala and it sags in the rear. the passenger side rear i thought that it may be the shocks so i installed air shocks in the rear but when i release the air out of them it begans to sag...

Rear coil springs are in need of replacement. They are the only components that give the vehicle its stance / leveling. Normal factory shocks simply dampen the ride and absorb road bumps.

The rear shock on my 2008 125 SX is very squeaky. It is the actual shock that is squeaky, not the point where it goes into the swing arm. Any suggestions??

i doubt its the shock cartridge, it may be the spring against the shock body or the upper or lower connecting joint. could also be the swingarm. remove the shock with bike on center stand and check the movement of your swingarm while checking for noise. at that time you can check the condition of the shock spring and bushings.
