Will not start just clicks 2007 Harley Davidson FLHTCUI Electra Glide Ultra Classic

My 2007 Harley-Davidson will not start. I have replaced the battery and still will not start. There is a click noise that is coming from down around the battery. Checked the fuses but they seem to be ok. Please help @

The click means the start relay is getting power,just not enough or it may be bad.Check cables to the starter from start relay also.

Like Joe Wing said, usually this is a bad starter relay, about a $10 part.
