I have a 1999 kawasaki zx7r ninja i installed led front turn signals and the only way they will work is if i rev the engine can anyone help

When you rev the engine, the alternator voltage increases. I think that the LED bulb does not light up, do to not enough voltage at lower rpm's or idle speed. Buy some LED bulbs that are rated for the correct voltage. There is a minimum voltage requirement before the LED can turn on. If you have the correct voltage LED bulbs, then there is not enough current, in hundreds of milliamperes, until you rev the engine.

Clutch disengageing

From your description (ZX7R), I know it's a Kawasaki ninja zx7r.

HOWEVER, without a YEAR, only generalizations can be given, as things change from year to year.

Overheating

Sounds like u need a coolant flush and new coolant and an oil change. If this doesn't work then u have heated the motor up to much and warped the heads.

Im having issues with the 1997 zx7r cold starting. I just had the carbs cleaned by a shop and they made sure the choke was working properly.

my last bike was a 1998 zx7r that i had from new. it was always a pig to start if i didnt get it right.
i had to start it with full choke and NEVER touch the throttle or it will never go.
keep hitting the starter if you have to but dont touch that throttle.
