Hi
Both front & rear axle nuts should be torqued to 125Nm (newton/metres) & the front wheel clamp bolt should be 20Nm

What is the torque setting for my alloy wheels?

Your torque spec is usually based off of lug diameter, if you have 19mm lug nuts then 75#ft should be sufficient.

What kind of breakpads should i get front and back, i would like to puta 190 on the rear and if you could tell me what size of spacer i would need. also i need front seal rings, clearly there is...

HI YOU WONT NEED ANY SPACERS TO FIT A 190 REAR TYRE BUT THE QUESTION IS WHY. PUTING A LARGER TYRE ON THE REAR WILL AFECT THE TURN OF THE MACHINE, THIS WILL RAISE THE BACK END OF THE MACHINE A LARGER FOOTPRINT ON THE REAR WILL SLOW DOWN THE TURN. YOU COULD TRY KTECH SUSPENSION FOR YOUR SEALS OIL ETC

What is the procedure I need to follow to remove front wheel to replace front tire on my 2001 ZX-9R Ninja motorcycle ?

you need to raise front wheel from ground with hoist or stand
remove brake calliper bolts and then twist callipers on disc to push pads back so that you can remove callipers.
loosen pinch bolts on one fork leg then undo axle nut ( large allan bolt) loosen other pinch bolts on other leg and remove axle and spacers/speedo drive and the wheel. take note where spacers go and also make sure to line up speedo drive tangs correctly when refitting wheel in reverse order to taking apart.

Need a diagram for an engine of a zxr9 kawasaki motorbike

You can find a free pdf service manual on this site. I checked and they have '98,'99 and 2000 manuals. The torque specifications do not change year to year so I suggest you download the 2000 manual.

Front wheel axle pinch bolt torque setting

tight is right. just do it up tight and re-check it after a ride or two. it'll be fine. dont go at it like an animal though, i have never torqued wheel nuts and never had any trouble. if you dont trust your judgement ask the bike shop who is fitting your new tyre and balancing the wheel
