Hello majority of the wiring is stationary you may want to narrow your search for the problem in the area of the steering head where the wiring harness enters the headlamp housing and also near the front of the frame.
this is where the harness gets a lot of movement from turning the front fork.

I have a 6200 and the Pto stopped working and the warning lights on the dash are constant.i have found that the fuse keeps blowing it's a 30 amp fuse which is a main one I think. Any ideas

Electric PTO. The motor is probably shorted. Easiest way to see is unplug it, put the fuse back in. If the fuse doesn't blow, replace the motor. If it does blow, trace the wires to the short in them.

Why is the ignition fuse keeps blowing and blowing main fuse

It's called a direct short to ground. Whatever is on those fuses needs to be checked. Main fuse, is it blowing when you turn on key or when you hook battery? If with switch then trace hot wires from switch. Blown fuses are from overheating, which is what a short does.

My main fuse on 900 vulcan 2011 keeps blowing just when I try to put it in. Does anybody have any ideas? this bike has very ow miles and is kept in guarage.

Low battery will not blow a fuse. If it blows right away when you turn on the ignition you have a main electrical short. Disconnect the regulator to the battery connector at the regulator to see if you have a shorted regulator. After the main fuse blows you should not have a battery drain so figure out also why your battery is discharged. Is your batttery no good. This would not blow a fuse in any case. Was the battery out recently, or disconnected. Make sure it is installed correctly and none of the wires are connected incorrectly. THEN you will have to start tracing the wiring from the main fuse to find the short circut.

900 vulcan 2011 keeps blowing main fuse. What could be the problem?

Direct short in the main wiring that the main fuse protects. First disconnect the regulator connector and see if the fuse still blows. If it is not the regulator you will need to inspect and trace the main wiring to find the short. A re-settable circuit breaker of the correct amperage is a great tool for this to substitute for the main fuse otherwise you may need a lots of main fuses by the time you locate the short.

fuses blow because of excessive current flow from a dead short to earth. You haven't stated which fuse blows and what the items are covered by that fuse. so check the power wire from that fuse and trace it until you find a burnt area or a place where the power wire is touching the body before it gets to something it is running

No head lights no tail lights no horn

it's one of your fuses that burned out. buy a fuse tester at any auto parts and test all your fuses. when lights and horns fail as a group, it's usualy the fuse that protects these multiple parts that's gone bad.
