Question about 2003 Suzuki RM 250
Why is water getting into my gear box oil
Usually most gear boxes have a rubber vent tube somwhere, I think you must be submerging this tube while using or washing the bike.

SOURCE: water leak/mixing with oil
change the seal behind the water pump impeller
the shifter shaft seal will stop leaking
if it continues to mix water and oil you will have to change the head gasket

IF you are no riding bike on the trak an not clutching it much i would use a mix ov 40-1[120ml-5L] if on trck an making engine work hard then use 32-1. OIL-if you look to the left of the oil inlet benerth the water pump there is a nut undo it and when the oil stops flowing out then thats what u need in so try and judge it.
