Hi
They are in front of the ignition key. Pull off the little panel surrounding the ignition (from the bottom)

SOURCE: oil leak out of a breather hose

a small amount of oil from the crankcase vent hose under hard acceleration is most likely normal.American bikes don't leak oil, they mark their spot!

SOURCE: bike is back firing and has a hard time

Sounds like the carbs need to be synchronized. What you have with a multi carb bike is a multiple small engines attached to the same crankshaft. If one is accelerating harder than the others, it will cause "cylinder fight" as the others either fight to keep up, or slow the faster one down. You need a special tool to do it, or you can get it done reasonably cheap at almost any bike shop. It could also just be a spark plug wire shorting out. And make sure they are in the right order. Good luck.

SOURCE: brakes on the front jumping on a 2004 Triumph America motorcycle

Yes the rotor may be warped. Sounds like a dangerous situation, get it checked ASAP. If you have a way of checking the runout on the rotor to see if it's warped that would be ideal.

the fuses are behind the plastic cover which is covering the ignition switch.
It looks like it shouldn't come off but it does and reveals all the fuses!

Triumph Bonneville 2004. No lights indicators or horn. Bike runs starting from ignition . relay. Something burnt out? Sorted, new ignition switch and everything 's cushty.

Hi, Porl and the usual suspects are:
1. Ignition Switch not in the "ON" position.
2. Engine Run Switch in the "OFF" position.
3. Discharged battery, needs to be 12.5 volts or better and be able to pass a "LOAD" test if necessary.
4. Check the battery terminals for damage or corrosion check the battery cables at "BOTH" ends for loose, corroded, or broken connectors, "INSIDE" and outside the cable harness, perform connector wiggle test and check cables with an ohmmeter if necessary.
5. Tip over sensor needs a reset.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Faulty starter button.
8. Faulty kickstand or clutch pull in switch/sensor.
9. Starter control circuit, relay, or solenoid faulty.
10. Main fuse or circuit breaker may be blown or faulty.
11. Check for engine trouble codes.

I have a 04 Triumph bonneville america, I just had the carbs rebuilt and it was hooked back up I was dumping fuel from the air box. Is it possible that the carbs valves are still not closing? I am kinda of...

it sounds like your float valve is not closing. It is possible some debris found its way to the valve preventing it from closing or the float level is improperly adjusted. sounds like you have to take the carb apart to clean it out.
