How do i adjust the valves in my 05 suzuki boulevard s40 i dont kno if it is shim or wrench adjustment

It would be shims, so unless you know what you are doing, i would take it in to a shop. shim adjustment is very tricky to do.

go to a suzuki motor cycle shop and get a workshop manual and then you will have all the settings , adjustments and torque values to do not only the service but all repairs

Adjust the cable to the lever. Leave about 1/32" slack measured at the contact point of the lever and it's mount.

Bike stalls at traffic stops unless I keep giving it gas


check exhaust gasket for leak, check spark plug, air filter,valve tappet clearance adjustment, and intake boot for leak,if ok do compression test142-203 psi. if ok carburator may need cleaning.
