Well sounds like start button is not in contact or stuck, if you can open the 2 screws holding the switch box together on handle bar then do so, and make sure the contact spring pushes the button out and releasing the contact switch otherwise you'll burn your starter motor. Good enough?

Horn wont turn off

Hi I am Vortash the horn works by having a positive live wire connected at all times , the horn blows when you earth it via the push button on the handlebars ..So it must be getting an earth from somewhere , I suggest it may be a broken push button.. or a wire to the button has become frayed or exsposed to earth , Pulling the fuse would probaly disable other equipment on the bike also , so not a good idea . easiest way to fix it is a new wire to the switch and cut the original one off and resolder or crimp the new one in place once you have identified the colour wire on the switch place the new wire to the same point on the horn .. hope this helps regards Vortash

My 05 gsxr wont start

Check for spark first of all. If no spark, is the kill switch on? Is the side stand up? It should be up when starting. Is the bike in neutral? Check the fuses.

If spark is present, is the gas turned on? How clean is the air filter?
If the bike still will not start go ahead and drain the carbs. If your bike has a water trap bowl behind the gas valve then remove the bowl, clean and reinstall it.

Doing this should get you back on the road.
Please rate this solution. Thanks!

05 suzuki katana 750 idle issues

Idle issues can be fuel/air (mixture ratio) or igition (spark strength). It sounds like an air restriction issue. If there is no blockage throught the air inake/filter, make sure you adjust the jets to specifications and make sure there are no float issues with the carbs.
