Sir, I have Yamaha Libero. It was very smooth. Recently I had a chain problem. The service person told it was the problem of GEAR KICK and I was forced to replace Primary Driven component, Gear kick and...

Normally when replacing gears in a gearbox, bike or car, the meshing must be checked to ensure that it is within specificatiom If the play is too great, the mating gear is normally replaced at the same time.
A humming noise sounds like a mainshaft or layshaft journal bearing is damaged. If it was a HarleyDavidson or British Bike, it will probably go on for a number of years as they were built to last.
I don't understand why the gearbox would need repair if it was a chain problem!

Being a Japanese bike and a recent repair, I would get it checked out with an authorized dealer.

Were is the speed sensor located?

Wheel sensor use a magnetic pickup at the wheel.

The transmission has a VSS or Vehicle Speed Sensor installed on the area where the speedometer cable, gear usually is.

Speedometer Driven Gear REMOVAL & INSTALLATION NOTE: The 1992-95 S20 transaxle uses an electronic Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) and therefore the following procedure does not apply to it. Fig. 1: Speedometer driven gear assembly removal - GV and GW series transaxles 86837018.gif
  1. Raise the vehicle and safely support it with jackstands.
  2. Remove the 10mm bolts and the holder plate.
  3. Remove the speedometer gear holder.
  4. Remove the driven gear from the holder. To install:
  5. Replace the driven gear if worn or damaged.
  6. Install the driven gear to the gear holder.
  7. Install a new O-ring to the holder and lubricate it with oil.
  8. Install the assembly in the transaxle aligning the slot with the holder plate.
  9. Tighten the bolts to 9 ft. lbs. (12 Nm).

I HAVE A HARLEY SPORSTER 1200, WILL NOT SHIFT OUT OG GEAR, STAYS IN HIGH GEAR....HELP PLEASE..............

Sounds like the shifter pawl is broken. This is common in Sportsters. You'll have to pull your primary drive to repair it.

Disconnect your battery, drain the primary, loosen the primary chain adjuster and remove the outer primary cover. Take the engine sprocket nut loose. Remove the snap ring in the clutch assemble and remove the throwout bearing. Remove the mainshaft nut that holds the clutch assembly on. This nut has LEFT HANDED threads. Lift the engine sprocket, primary chain, and the clutch assembly out of the primary case.

Now, you can get to the shifting mechanism and determine what the problem is.

Good luck
Steve

Worn seal behind impella of yz250f yamaha

Take the water pump cover off, not the entire clutch cover. The water pump gear is driven by the primary drive gear on the crankshaft so you can put the bike in gear, stand on the brake and loosen the nut. I believe the impeller may be reverse threads. I'm not 100% positive of that.
You can also use a 3/8" air impact wrench to remove it.
