Hi, Pjmbiz if your headlight is not working, only one beam works, keeps burning out, blinking, or is dim the first thing you need to check is the headlight bulb for damaged filaments then check your light circuit fuse, then check your head light bulb socket ground wire for a clean tight connection, that being said the usual suspects are:
1. Faulty ground or power supply wire to headlight bulb socket.
2. Worn down solder contacts or loose fit of the bulb base in the socket due to vibration.
3. Worn, chaffed, or broken wires in the light circuit.
4. Corroded, broken, or loose pins/sockets in wire connectors.
5. Faulty hi/lo beam switch.
6. Faulty ignition switch.
7. Fuse is good but no continuity on both sides.
8. Faulty headlight relay.
9. Faulty wiring between battery positive and headlight bulb socket.
10. Weak charging alternator/generator.
11. Faulty voltage regulator/rectifier ground or overcharging.

I have 2015 the driver side headlight doesn't work changed the bulb and check the fuse no lights at all

I gather that the passenger side is still working? If so, I would check the connections to the Drivers side and also the earth connection to the body. Check the globe you fitted is ok by fitting it into the known working passenger side. If it doesn't light, you have found your problem, a new dud globe (Happens sometimes). Use a clean cloth whilst handling the globe, especially with halogen globes. They will blow pretty quickly if there is any moisture or residue on them from your hands.

check fuses and check globes . Globes might have two filaments and low beam ones has blown . Had this globe thing happen on two globes at the same time on Ford Falcon's Halogon globe headlights.

Toyota yaris 2006 model, tail lights not working, globes and fuses ok, cant trace the problem

When you say taillights do you mean running lights or do stop and turn signal lights also malfunction? If running lights only then most taillight circuits run through the headlight switch which is probably bad.

2009 Harley Davidson Ultra c;assic headlight is

You say there is power at the fuse. ok . You need to also check now if there is power to the headlight and spotlights, if yes, then it is possible your globes have blown. If no power to the back of the lights, then the problem exists in your lighting switches.
