This clock is an automatic set clock and it is 15 minutes ahead in each timezone and is not able to be reset by us

Press and hold the "Alarm Set" button for five to seven seconds and the year will begin to blink when the clock is ready for adjustment. .

Set the year by pressing the right-arrow, "Up" or "+" button, depending on your model of clock.

Set the month, day, hour and minute. Press the "Alarm Set" or "DST" button to cycle through each field, and use the "Up," "+" or right-arrow button to adjust the values within each field.

Press the "Alarm Set" or "DST" button after setting the date and time to store the information into your clock's memory.

Press alarm 2 to change from Celsius to Fahrenheit.

Press alarm 1 to change from 24 hr time to 12 hr time.

How do you change the time on the clock in a 2001 BMW 325i. The manual does not say and my clock is running 8 minutes behind.

there is a button located on the end of the turn signal that controls the clock function on the dash and the radio clock.

Have a 1996 318i BMW and cannot find how to change clock setting. The manual is in Japanese!

  • Use the "1" and "10" buttons to set the minutes, "100" and "1000" buttons to set the hour.

Just went thru a cold spell. Battery is at 80% but the starter just clicks. I have not ridden in a while so I am wondering if something is siezed up. It is a 2004 1150r with 7K miles

80% battery is pretty low, it certainly needs a charge.

If you think the motor may be set up from sitting, sit on the bike and put it in high gear. Rock it gently forward and backward, just enough to bump the motor each way. If it is, indeed, set up, just keep bumping it gently each way. The longest it has taken me to free up a bike motor that's set up from sitting was about ten minutes.

As long as you turn a stuck motor both ways, and do it gently and a little at a time, you'll never break anything. It's the forcing it in one direction only that breaks stuff.

between the tachometer and the speedometer on your dash, you have two buttons
"S/R" on the left and one with a clock on the right.

press the "clock" button for a few seconds until the hours (or --:-- if never set) appears
on the "screen" under the speed meter and the column sign flashes.
press the S/R button to increase the hours until appropriate.
press the clock button again to pass to the minutes.
press the S/R button to increase the minutes until appropriate.
press the clock button to confirm the time.

at that point you are all set, and the clock on the radio should be ok too.
Every time you jump start the car, you will have to reset the clock though.
