SOURCE: how to remove seat from victor glx?

see if you can look up a seat on the internet. if you can see the bottom of the seat you can figure out if it is held on with bolts or a latch.

give that a try...or check out a repair manual..

Why my TVS Victor Glx bike misfire on breaks application or de accelerated .Mileage is around 30.Spark plug is replaced, regular service is done.it's accelerate a lot when fuel is going to finish.Help

Hi, Anonymous popping or backfiring on deceleration is usually caused by a lean fuel condition or an air leak in the exhaust system and is generally located where black carbon soot is seen as a flashing build up from any joint connection. This condition can easily be remedied by removing and cleaning both joint pieces and reassembling with high temp silicone and torquing the exhaust clamp to the proper spec. Coughing is usually caused by an air leak in the intake system and will generally have the same telltale signs, a wet or damp buildup of oil/gas seepage at the intake manifold to cylinder head or carburetor to intake manifold connection and in rare instances a worn throttle plate shaft and or seals. Spitting is usually caused by a faulty accelerator pump and or nozzle, or the float bowl needle and seat leaking and overflowing through the main jet mixing well nozzle, or the air-fuel mixture screw is adjusted too lean. 2004 TVS Victor GL has so many problems

Hi, Soha it is obvious you abuse and do not take care of or treat your motorcycle with respect, so the answer to these questions are going to be way above my pay grade for this situation, I would call or visit my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix, answers, or parts inquiry.

I have TVS victor GLX 2004 model. There is a fork oil leakage & the mechanic says there is a problem with inner tubes which contains fork oil(both sides). Price for one inner tube is Rs. 1200 /- Also...

see...this is not the right solution ectually! he (mechanic) must had to tell you the truth. that there is no need to change wheel bearing & chain damaged along with complete change the things. if you had no idea at that moment than you must resell this bike and should go for new one. but.... what will you do? if the same situation happen again in future with your new one.

you must changed the fork oil just. these cost you just around 650/- per pair. mechanic was the over smart and he knew that you do not know anything about the bike and it's service with spare part.

i have too this one TVS VICTOR GLX 125 CC 2004 nov. model. and i m very much satisfied with it. if you compare with these days bike's ... than you realize...it give more mileage than other and less maintainable.

so.. if you have that bike now a days... so keep it with you. and find better mechanic. bike is not problem.
