Hi Harleyrp, for this situation I would call my local dealer or reputable shop's service/parts department and inquire about any possible quick fix or parts inquiry. If necessary transport your vehicle to the dealer or shop and have a professional technician take it for a test drive, if it is in running condition, and give you a written estimate of repairs and answer any specific questions you may have about your issue. Good luck and have a nice day.

SOURCE: remove a gas tank

there are 2 bolts at the front of the seat, takeoff the seat, unsrew the bolts. that is the only thing holding it on. push the tank forward a bit, then lift up. there are breather tubes under the tank. be careful, they are difficult to get back on depending on the length. there are 2 bolts at the front of the seat, takeoff the seat, unsrew the bolts. that is the only thing holding it on. push the tank forward a bit, then lift up. there are breather tubes under the tank. be careful, they are difficult to get back on depending on the length.

SOURCE: gas tank

I'm pretty sure it does. I own a 1995 Vulcan and I bought a 2003 tank and looked at the mounting brackets and fuel connections all looked to be the same - but don't put this in stone. I haven't been able to put it on yet because it's still out being painted. There should be no difference in the fuel tank mounts from 1996-1005, but as always, check with a professional if this information is critical.

Try a dealer, ebay, craigslist. If you google around you can find some motorcycle salvage yards which could have the part.

Hi, Anthonyri303 after careful deliberation 4 out 5 Kawasaki Gods give this one a thumbs up, but just to be on the safe side you should give your local dealer's parts/service department a call to confirm.

1994 Kawasaki EN 500 Vulcan Classic fuel line routing

Hi, Anonymous for this scenario you will need your service manual that has all fastener torque specs and a wiring diagram on the back pages, parts fiche, and owners manual if you can't find the best tool you ever bought for your Kawasaki, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

Didn't know they made a Vulcan 400.

Have a 2007 vulcan 500, it doesnt seem to be getting enough fuel. It bogs down and wants to cut out and not at any particular speed.

Drain the carbs. chances are water condensation in the gas tank has built up in the float bowls. If that doesn't help, try a fresh set of spark plugs. Please rate my answer.
