Hi, Ian and the usual suspects are:
1. System contaminated with air that needs to be bled.
2. Damaged or contaminated master cylinder that needs a rebuild.
3. Loose, damaged, cracked, kinked, or pinched hydraulic line.
4. Damaged or contaminated slave cylinder.
5. Hydraulic fluid not compatible with rubber components.
6. Excessive heat builds up hydraulic line routed too close to the exhaust.

My 2008 CBR 1000 RR wont start. It turns over but wont fire without throttle and fans run constant? Any ideas?

Hi, Superspor231 the reason your bike failed to start is stored in your original ECM as a generated fault code, replace the original ECM and retrieve the code and go from there, for this scenario you will need your service/owners manual if you can't find the first and best tool you ever bought for your Yamaha, despair not, for a mere zero $0 you can download another one.

Have you had the computer control module scanned for fault codes yet? You need to have this done by a dealer. Until you do that you are just guessing, and Honda doesn't sell any parts for less than your arm and my leg. Bottom line scan the system.
