the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

THE OPERATION OF THE CLUTH ON HIS MODEL IS OF CABLE TYPE, IF THE CLUTCH IS OPPERATING CORRECTLY THE 1ST THING TO CHECK WOULD BE THE CABLE, REMOVE THE CABLE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO PULL THE INNER WIRE SMOOTHLY TO AND FRO, IF YOU NEED TO USE ALOT OF EFORT TO DO THIS THEN YOU WILL NEED TO REPLACE THE CABLE,MAKING SURE YOU HAVE ADEQUIT FREE PLAY AT THE LEVER WHEN RE FITTED. OBSERVE THE ROUTE THE CABLE TAKES BEFORE REMOVAL AND REPLACE IN THE SAME WAY, YOU MAY ALSO TRY TO GET SOME LITE OIL DOWN THE CABLE, THOUGH I SUSPECT THIS WILL BE ALMOST INPOSSIBLE IF IT IS THIS TIGHT TO OPPERATE

Where is the brake resivor for the back wheel?

It's mounted on the front of the frame, on the right down pole, almost directly in line with the front cylinder exhaust outlet.

If you download (or lust look at) a manual from http://www.paulmilner.com/yamaha/handbuch/1100servicemanual.pdf then you can see a picture of it on Page 73 (Listed as item number 2 in the second drawing on the page)

I took apart the rear hub on my 2007 ttr 90 and got new parts and now they go back in but when they are in it is wider then the frame so i can't bolt it back in place

Thank you for the inquiry.
There is both a collar and a spacer on either side of the wheel that may be interchanged causing this interference. One way it fits, the other way it won't. If you replaced the brake shoes check to make sure they are correctly seated against the cam and the pivot pin. If not they may projecting far enough out that they are adding space making the assembly wider. Please check the assembly drawing below at Yamaha's Parts Link for installation.

Changing frames on a 2007 r1 to a 2004 frame

The frame part numbers are totally different. It is very unlikely a drop-in swap will happen. The '04 frame may need to be modified to accept the '07 motor.
