Spark plug keeps blowing on my kx 100

if your fouling plugs then either your fuel/mix ratio is off ( should be mixing 32:1 ) (or) your bike is running to rich( getting to much fuel to engine) which means you need to rejet the carb....example:( if you have a #50 jet,you need a #48 or 49) to install a new jet, #1.)remove carb,#2.)remove the bowl(4-screws),you will see the jet and #3.)unscrew jet and replace with smaller # ( number is stamped on the jet.) you can get jets from local motorcycle dealer( but they will probably have to order them). or go online to bikebandit.com enter your bikes year, make, model, ect.and just order from them........

I have a 2003 kx 125 and I cant seem to get the jetting right. I keep fouling plugs. My current carb settings are # 35 pilot jet, # 410 main , 2nd clip position from the top of my jett needle and air...

if your still fouling plugs then you still need to go with smaller # on main jet...are you spooging allot out of pipe and muffler? then your to rich still, smaller jet size!!!! 32:1 is a good mix ratio

Need gas-oil ratio on 2004 kawasaki kx 125 2 stroke bike

32:1--40:1 any less than 40:1 And you take risk of damaging engine(crank and top end),Any more than 32:1 and it will smoke real bad and foul spark plugs alot.....

2 stroke ratio

differnt brands of oil, suggest different ratios. The oil packaging will give recommended mixes
starting at 25-1 for the cheaper mineral oils, to 50-1 for the more expensive synthetics.

Does anyone know what the compression ratio is for a kx 125

Why? What compression reading you got?

Generally less tha 90 it wont run. 140psi would be good. Over 160 would be too much.

If you havent shut the fuel off and the carb leaks then it likely that the crankcase is full of fuel and will give a false compression reading.
The most obvious way to check is to remove the expansion chamber, shake it around and listen for fluid in it. If it has fluid in it- IT GASOLINE- it will burn/ ignite!!!!! Be very careful and dispose of properly
Once you are sure the crankcase isnt full and the carb is right then check compression

WHAT IS THE CORRECT FUEL TO 2 STROKE OIL RATIO FOR A 2006 KAWASAKI KX85

It all depends on what type (and brand) of two stroke oil you're using. For example, some non-synthetic two stroke oils are supposed to be mixed at a ratio of 20:1. While most synthetic oils are designed to be mixed anywhere from 36:1 to 100:1. Your best bet is to follow the advice of the folks at your dealer as to the type of oil to use - and then follow the recommended mixing ratio as detailed in the oil manufacturer's instructions.
