It could be your compression, take out the spark plug and the whole where it goes hold your finger over it and start it, there should be enough force to blow out your finger, and it should make a sound like put put put, if not you have low compression and you will have low power that way

Keeway hurricane 50 .the electricty went off suddenly

Hello and happy thanksgiving from the USA.
I would suspect that you have a defective igntion switch, the igntion switch is what powers up all of the electrical system when you turn the key to run, the contacts can get burnt or the connector or both. The switch is under/behind the ignition key cylinder which operates the switch or course.

P.keene@bigpond.net.auWhere can I get hold of a work shop manual for a Keeway hurricane 50 cc scooter - known in australia as an scp runna 50cc scooter

Hello
We do not hany repair manuals for any type of motorcycle or scooter, they are copyrighted and not free to obtain for download, sorry. To obtain a service manual for the scooter you will need to contact the parts dept. of any dealership that sells these. I am not aware of any dealers in this state and have never seen this brand in the USA (We are based in San Mateo, Calif). Good Luck

Mini gas scooter dont start

Does it have gas? just kidding. Even experienced mechanics forget that one. It may not be getting gas into the engine though. I use an old trick, disconnect the air box boot from the carb, cup the carb inlet with my hand, which is called a hand choke, and turn the engine over while hand choking. Your hand should get wet with gas. Remove your hand after a couple of seconds or so, it may start, or try. If not hit, pull the plug and lay it on a good ground on the engine, do not touch while cranking over the engine to check for spark. These are two of the basic requirements of an engine.

Moped Faster

you could re-jet the carb or put a larger one on but that would mean making your own manifold, and you can open up the pipe to make it less restrictive.

My keeway hurricane 50cc suddenly started smoking terribly bad

This may be to the automatic oiler that mixes the oil with the gas. I have a oiler on my 50cc Yamaha Zuma.
