Dont know how many miles or how well you maintain it,but its a possibility of the check valve in the camsupport plate sticking though thats more common in 88 inch motors, how well do you trust your mechanic shop, they should be able to pinpoint what happened, however if your not sure of your shop,I have two retorical questions, how long after your last service did it happen, and did you check to see that there was oil in it after it quit, they wouldnt be the first to 'forget"to put oil in it or maybe the drain plug came loose, thing is only the guy that tears it down will know for sure, but you definatly lost oil pressure, your idiot light should have been glowing

2007 ultra classic replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump bike stiil won't start

Assuming that all the fuel systems are not restricted in any way, maybe you have something wrong with the electrical system that is grounding out causing the malfunction.

2004 ultra classic electra glide oil pressure would drop to 0 and light would come on if you gave it gas it would come back up took it in for a check they changed oil pressure switch and oil pump had oil...

Most likely problem is a badly fitted seal/gasket this can cause the oilways to be blocked, take it back and get the technician to check it.This is an easy thing to do, because of the fine tolerances in the oil pump. A motor rebuild is a real pain and I'm sure the shop would rather not pay for a new motor.

Crankshaft defect

If you have a warrenty and the motor hasn't been altered it's a harley problem. The low pressure is most likely an oil pump defect. There are check balls an springs in there that can go bad,up to an including cracked seats. Some models have a pressure adjusting screw but I don't think newer models do.Flywheels don't directly affect the pump and the crankshaft has an oil hole but if that affects you pressure you'd have bigger problems. There is a breather gear that can break but again bigger problems.I vote oil pump an that would be covered if the motor is stock.
