I have a 2002 Buell Blast that runs rough after initial startup. When the bike is first started, it seems to be fine. Once it idles down the problems start. Backfires when given throttle and stalls at idle, Checked plugs, changed gas, checked rubber connector between carb and manifold intake, al good...used spray carb cleaner without disaasemblying carb..problems persist. It has electronic sensors for fueling which I think may be the problem..Am I on the correct path? Any suggestions?

You need to have the bike serviced at a shop that can correctly clean the carb and empty the gastank and put fresh fuel in. Sometimes carbs get dirty in places you cannot see. Those places are the reason your bike doesn't run right.
You messed something up on the carb. either the float is too high or too low, letting in too much gas or not enough. or you might have plugged up one of the fuel passages inside the carb accidently. either way - you have had a good fiddle with it - probably time to take it to a shop.
Hi, Did you clean the jets so that you could see through them? Also have you checked the vacuum diaphragm? You get to it by taking off the top of the carb? It should be sealed and not leaking. could be the carb boot as well. Once I have more information I will try and assist you further Thank you, Lee
these bike come equipped with auto enrichners and after two minutes they shut off, now you can start there with plug and play and also try the engine temp.sensor unplug and see if there is a difference ,if not throttle position sensor may need to be zero and recalitbraded good luck
hard to say w/ seeing it; it does sound as if they replaced everything w/o really finding the problem first; try better fuel and clean petcock; when dies is it electrical( all lights out) or does it sputter and choke off? sorry; I know it can be frustrating check all wiring under seat looking for loose or broken connectors or ground wires
