I've got a 2005 FJR and I drained just about 600ml's from each fork leg.
According to FJRTech.com (about the best site I've found-see their fork
oil change how-to) its a 10 weight from the factory. Use a brand name or Yamaha's own fork oil.

Can you tell me the tyre pressure on a fjr 1300 2005 also the amount of oil in the beveldrive and the amount of oil in the engine ,thanks

Tire pressure is 36 psi @ front & rear but if the total load is over 198 pounds shuold be 42 psi on rear, always measured when tire is cold. Final gear oil capacity is .21 US qt or .18 Imp qt, engine is 4.23 US qt or 3.52 Imp qt when replacing the oil filter. information is from the owner's manual.
