Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo/Postage Issue

I signed up with stamps.com.  However, the Dymo stamp labels do not have a serial # on them so I can't print them.  Stamps.com is free.  I also signed up with Endica postage also recommended by Dymo. However it costs $174 per year to print the stamps from them. The box and advertising says FREE. HELP....I must be doing something wrong!

Yes, you are indeed doing something wrong. In terms of the "free" electronic postage offer, what you want to sign up for is the "DYMO Stamps" program, offered via endicia (this is different from endicia's other PAID programs...just be aware).

Simply put, just google "dymo stamps" and the first hit will bring you right to the sign-up location you want.

Just to clarify, unless you have a special program I'm not aware of, stamps.com is most definitely NOT free. They require a monthy fee (of course, they do have a free first month if that's what you're talking about). Regardless, stamps.com DOES work with the LabelWriter 400...but just not with the special "Dymo Stamp Labels" (these "stamps" only work with the free monthly servcie I mentioned earlier, "DYMO Stamps"). You can print up postage/labels via stamps.com just fine using the other size 2-part or 3-part labels sold via stamps.com or dymo.com's store.

good luck!

Where do I get drivers for Dymo LabelWriter 400 Turbo/macOS Monterey?

Older Dymo labeler and not supported. It says to contact them. The software for Windows only went as far as Windows XP. Time for you to upgrade.

I had a roll of stamps in the Dymo labelwriter and when I pressed print somehow one of the stamps got caught in the label machine and have not been able to take it out. I need help!!

I have had this problem too. Lift the top cover, pull off the front cover. On the side with the jammed stamp, that piece can lift up to reveal the roller under it. You should be able to remove the stamp.

In most cases, problems are solved by checking whether the spools are firmly pressed against the label roll: This machine can be very picky. Many questions can be answered at the following site. http://global.dymo.com/enNZ/HowTo/LabelWriter_400.html
