Check the tank sender unit (it might be blocked on empty) and the cables leading to it (they might be shorting).

It depend how much fuel have been used.If you was driving on the reserve fuel. Then that 10 euro fuel just have covered your reserve fuel to be honest.

Just filled the gas tank in my 2006 f-350 turbo diesel super duty (6.0), started the truck and the guage showed a full tank. Drove down the road about 1/10 of a mile and the guage dropped to dead empty...

A loose connection on the sending unit could cause the problem but also moisture in the tank in cold weather could also be a factor in which i would add fuel line antifreeze to a full tank of fuel..........Hope this helps you out.

Oil light is on and flashing but has oil in the engine. i just bought the 94 vw jetta gl from the auction and dont know to much about cars . also the reverse light is out and the left brake light is out ....

if the oil light is flashing but there is oil in the engine then it is probably the oil pressure that is the problem, you need to attatch a oil pressure guage and find out what the pressure needs to be

Engine light is on but no apparent problems. oil OK. antifreeze OK. checked spark plug wires in front. had serviced last week. drove 250 miles to Tucson. drove a couple of days around Tucson---no problem...

you should be able to cycle key 3 times quickly to on position and the odometer will show codes. have codes read and find out what issue is it may be something minor but its best to know before it gets more costly

Gas Gauge not reading correctly

The most likely culprit is the sending unit in the tank. They are relatively easy to change, as long as you don't have much fuel in the tank. It's a mechanical unit that has a float that raises and lowers with the fuel level, however with age, the floats can develop leaks and no longer float, of the electronic portion of the unit can go bad and not register the proper level. They are replaced and an entire unit, so it doesn't matter which happened, you will need to change the fuel tank sending unit.
